Two years after installation (thus not under warranty) the ductless heater system developed a leak. We called Infiniti Heating & Air, who provided larger than expected estimate for a “leak, search and repair” call. I am a DIY guy, but I knew that I needed a professional. Jacob came & reasonably quickly fixed the problem. I then understood the reason behind the cost because they had to retest the system, then pump out their special leak-test fluids and then reinstall the coolant, all under pressure & time consuming. But how nice to have warm air again. AND the final bill was several hundred dollars less than the estimate! I’d definitely use them again.
